Funny, funny, funny

I found a lump in my left breast last week. It looks to be the same lump that I found two years ago. It has grown. It is now 2.3 cm long. This means it is big.

I went to see my GP last week, who referred me to a specialist. The specialist told me that I needed to get an operation, and it would be scar-free if she did it. So I flew back to Manila and saw my grandmother's breast cancer doctor instead. He gave me local anesthesia and took a biopsy. I should get the results tomorrow.

I am not too worried, because initial prognosis says its a benign fibroadenoma.

I hope I don't need an operation, because the 2 week healing period is inconvenient. I am not interested in scars, complicated bathing rituals, and suspending any strenous physical activity (read: sports!) for a month.
